Buy One, Get One Tree

For every order over £100, Mo will arrange for a tree to be planted.
Why?
We don't really know.
He refuses to give a straight answer, but there are strong indications that this is part of a long-term plan to rewild Glasgow.
Or possibly the entire UK.
Or possibly something yet bigger than that.
We’re not ruling anything out.
How it works
It’s very simple:
You spend over £100 → you get some excellent musical gear
Mo disappears briefly → a tree appears somewhere
We don’t ask too many questions about the middle part.
What counts?
Any order over £100, including:
- Pre-owned gear
- New gear
- B-stock and refurbished items
- Online and in-store purchases
Each qualifying order results in one (1) tree being planted.
They are real trees.
Why trees?
Most of what we sell is already part of a second life: instruments that have been played, loved, abandoned, rediscovered, and sent back out into the world.
Mo, however, seems to think this is only half the story.
His view (as far as we can piece it together) is that if we’re putting more music into the world, we should probably also be putting more trees into it.
We didn’t argue.
A note on scale
Will this fix climate change?
No.
Will it make the world very slightly better?
Almost certainly.
Will Mo eventually attempt to claim ownership of a small forest?
We have concerns.
Updates from the field
We’ll keep a running total of how many trees have been planted.
If things escalate - they might - we’ll report back.
There is already talk of maps.
Terms (loosely interpreted)
- Orders over £100 qualify
- One order = one tree
- Trees are planted via a legitimate partner (we checked)
- Mo is not allowed unsupervised access to forestry equipment
Buy gear. Grow trees. Enable Mo (within reason).
You get something you love.
Somewhere, a tree gets planted.
Mo advances his plans.
