🚚 How Delivery Works

At Mo’s Music Market, we don’t do “throw it in a box and hope for the best”.

Every item is:

• Carefully packed
• Fully tracked
• Properly handled (no corner-cutting, unless required)

Why? Because most of what we sell is:

• Fragile
• Valuable
• Irreplaceable

So we price delivery to reflect the real cost of getting your gear to you safely.

💷 Delivery Costs

Delivery is based on the size and nature of the item:

 

All deliveries are tracked, and larger items require a signature on arrival.

📍 Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

We deliver to most UK addresses. Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment. If an item requires special handling or cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

⏱ Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Typical delivery times:

• Small / Medium items: 1–3 working days
• Large items (guitars etc.): 1–3 working days
• Oversize items: 2–7 working days

If something’s urgent, drop us a message, we’ll do what we can.

📦 Packaging

We take packaging seriously.

That means:

• Proper boxes (not recycled cereal packets)
• Internal protection where needed
• Extra care with fragile and vintage gear

Especially for guitars and used items, where original packaging often doesn’t exist.

Mo refuses to cut corners on packaging. It costs a bit more, but your gear arrives alive.

For higher-value gear, we automatically:

• Use fully tracked courier services
• Require a signature on delivery
• Ensure appropriate insurance cover

This protects both you and us. In the rare occasion where something goes wrong, don't worry; that's our problem, and we'll deal with it quickly.

📬 Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery:

• The courier will usually attempt redelivery
• Or leave instructions for rearranging

Please keep an eye on tracking info, we’ll send it as soon as your order ships.
