A contract is formed only when we dispatch the item.

  • An item is out of stock

  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

4. Products & Descriptions

We sell a mix of new, B-stock, and pre-owned musical equipment.

  • We aim to describe all items accurately and honestly
  • Images are for illustration and may not always show every detail
  • Colours, finishes, and wear may vary slightly in real life

Pre-Owned & Vintage Items

Pre-owned and vintage gear will naturally show signs of use and may have a history we cannot fully verify. Minor cosmetic wear and age-related characteristics should be expected.

If something is materially different from the description, please contact us and we’ll put it right.

5. Pricing & Errors

We take care to ensure pricing is accurate, but mistakes can happen.

If we discover an error (for example, an item priced incorrectly), we may:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund, or
  • Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price

We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price.

6. Payment

We accept payment via secure online methods including card payments and other options shown at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

7. Delivery

We will arrange delivery using trusted courier services.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Risk passes to you once the item is delivered to the address provided

It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Returns & Refunds

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
