1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Small, medium and large items usually arrive within 1–3 working days, while oversized items typically take 2–7 working days.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs depend on the size and type of the item. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment, so you'll always see the total cost before placing your order.
3. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Every order is sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
4. Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Free collection is available from our Dunfermline location. We'll let you know when your order is ready for collection.
5. What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products should be in their original condition, complete with any accessories and packaging where applicable.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping.
8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described. We'll work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.
