The Details
The Way Huge Supa-Lead Overdrive MkIII is a compact overdrive aimed squarely at players who favour the sound and feel of a cranked, hot-rodded amplifier.
Its uncomplicated Volume, Tone and Drive controls provide everything needed to move from punchy rhythm crunch through to thick, sustaining lead sounds. Lower Drive settings can add grit and authority to a clean or lightly driven amplifier, while turning it clockwise introduces progressively more saturation and aggression.
The Tone control lets you tailor the response to your guitar and amp, whether you need a warmer, fuller voice or extra upper-frequency bite to slice through a band mix. Volume handles the overall output and can also be used to push the front end of an amplifier harder.
With its sturdy enclosure, compact dimensions and wonderfully direct controls, the Supa-Lead is a fine candidate for rock, hard rock and blues-rock pedalboards. No menus, no cartography, just three knobs and the road to glorious amplifier-shaped misbehaviour.
