This example comes in the splendid Butterscotch Blonde finish with a black pickguard and maple fingerboard, a combination with enough Telecaster heritage to make a tweed amplifier spontaneously appear somewhere nearby.

Its two single-coil pickups cover the classic Tele territory beautifully. Expect clear and rounded neck tones, that unmistakable cutting bridge-pickup twang and a highly useful middle position. Controls remain pleasingly simple with master volume, master tone and a three-way pickup selector.

The modern six-saddle bridge provides individual adjustment for each string, while Fender sealed tuners offer straightforward, reliable operation. The maple neck features the familiar skunk stripe to the rear.
