The Details

This Spector NS2002B is a rather fetching four-string from the more affordable reaches of the Spector family tree, carrying the flowing NS-inspired body shape that has made the marque instantly recognisable on stages for decades.

The Amber finish is particularly handsome, allowing the figuring beneath to shimmer through from golden centre to darker reddish edges. A pair of EMG-SSD pickups sits aboard, partnered with four controls for shaping your sound, while the chrome bridge and tuners provide a suitably purposeful finishing touch.

This is a pre-owned instrument and shows signs of previous use, including light marks and general cosmetic wear visible in the photographs. The hardware also displays some age-related surface wear. Nothing unusual for a working bass that has already travelled a few musical miles.

A fine proposition for anyone after the distinctive Spector look and feel without venturing into the altogether more perilous financial waters of the company’s premium instruments.
