The Details
A splendidly unusual Spirit by Steinberger double neck, finished in gloss black with contrasting natural maple necks and dark fingerboards.
The guitar side features six strings, three Select Designed by EMG pickups in an HSS configuration and Steinberger System headless hardware. Alongside it sits a four-string bass with a pair of Select Designed by EMG humbuckers and its own Steinberger System hardware. Controls and switching are mounted neatly across the body, making this a genuinely versatile two-in-one instrument rather than merely a visual curiosity.
The instrument is in used condition, with surface marks, scratches and signs of play across the gloss black finish and hardware. Please study the supplied photographs carefully for the best indication of cosmetic condition.
The rear reveals the wonderfully functional engineering behind the design, including bolt-on natural-finished necks and rear access covers. The visible serial number is U05084749.
